  • When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the public, including reporting suspected fraud.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Security

We use access controls, role-based permissions, row-level database security, and encryption in transit to protect your information. Files are stored in access-restricted cloud storage. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data retention

We keep your account and content while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, or regulatory obligations. When you delete content or your account, we remove or de-identify the associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for records tied to an ongoing claim or investigation.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

We and our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
