Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the InsurRealm website at https://insurrealm.com and the InsurRealm applications and services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• Accounts are created through an active subscription or invitation; some apps do not offer in-app account creation.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your credentials.
• You must keep your password, device passcode, and biometric unlock secure and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

• Access to certain apps and features requires an active subscription. Sign-in may be blocked when a subscription is inactive, expired, or cancelled.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the interval you selected until cancelled.
• Fees, plan tiers, and included features are those shown at the time of purchase and may change on prospective notice.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• Payment processing is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

The Service supports distinct roles, including homeowner/renter, adjuster, insurer, and administrator. Each role receives only the access necessary for its function. You may not attempt to obtain a role, record, claim, or document that you are not authorized to access.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, altered, or fraudulent inventory records, photos, documents, valuations, or claims.
• Upload content you do not own or have permission to use, or content that infringes another party's rights.
• Attempt to bypass location verification, authenticity checks, review workflows, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or probe the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to store unlawful content or to harass, threaten, or defraud any person.

We may suspend or terminate access for suspected violations, and may report suspected insurance fraud to affected insurers or authorities where permitted or required by law.

You retain ownership of the inventory records, photos, documents, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant InsurRealm a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and support the Service, including sharing it with parties you authorize, such as an adjuster or insurer you invite to a claim.

• The Service may include AI-assisted features such as item recognition, value estimation, damage assessment, and authenticity signals.
• AI output is an estimate and an aid to judgment. It is not an appraisal, an insurance determination, a coverage decision, or professional advice.
• You are responsible for reviewing and correcting AI-generated details before relying on them.
• Uploads flagged by authenticity or location checks may be rejected or held for administrator review before they are accepted.

InsurRealm is not an insurance carrier, broker, adjuster of record, or appraiser, and does not sell insurance, underwrite risk, or decide claims. Coverage, valuation, and claim outcomes are determined solely by your insurer under your policy. Nothing in the Service is legal, financial, or insurance advice.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we perform maintenance that can make the Service temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own copies of documents that are critical to you.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content other than Your Content, is owned by InsurRealm or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, email delivery, and AI processing. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraud or abuse. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; retention of remaining data is described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsurRealm is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, denied claims, or uninsured losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold InsurRealm harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which InsurRealm is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting support@insurrealm.com before initiating formal proceedings. Venue lies in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance.
